Four lists of forms or moving meditations inspired by nature and the elements, each with healing, regenerative and stabilizing benefits and a specific focus in the bodies internal organs, internal systems, energy flow, meridians.

Breathing Techniques

Breathing exercises teach practitioners to experience the harmonization of breath with movement for complete health and harmony.
